New York Law Journal's October 20 issue features an interview with Jay Fialkoff concerning Moses & Singer's mid-size appeal over small boutique firms and large global firms. In an excerpt from the article, Jay states:
"What associates are looking for is interesting legal work in an atmosphere that allows for client and partner contact, where they are not assigned drudge work and where they don't have to kill themselves in terms of the number of hours."
Jay’s counterparts from other mid-size firms were also interviewed.
