Toby M.J. Butterfield is a partner in Moses & Singer's Intellectual Property and Litigation groups. Mr. Butterfield has 20 years of experience litigating and counseling on copyright, trademark, defamation, software and digital media, and commercial matters. His clients include media and entertainment companies, major brand owners and designers and manufacturers of luxury goods.

Gregory Shatan is a partner in Moses & Singer's Intellectual Property group and a member of the Internet & Technology practice. Mr. Shatan focuses on intellectual property and technology transactions, counseling and litigation relating to web accessibility under the ADA, Internet and domain name law and policy, trademark licensing, protection and enforcement, and data protection and privacy. Greg works with clients in diverse industries, most notably sports, media and entertainment, financial services, technology and online services, apparel and accessories, and consumer goods.
