Who is Carole M. Bass?
Carole represents moderate and high net-worth individuals and families, helping them achieve their estate planning objectives. Carole works closely with her clients to create tax-efficient estate plans that effectuate each client’s individual goals. In addition, Carole represents individual and corporate fiduciaries in all aspects of post-death administration and in the litigation that sometimes arises, including will contests and contested accountings. She also advises clients on cutting edge estate planning issues involving the use of assisted reproductive technology (ART) and has written and lectured extensively on this subject.
