Moses & Singer Represents Venture Capital Firm in Closing of Investment Fund

Robert M. Friedman and Amanda Kane of Moses & Singer LLP represented Greycoft, the venture capital firm that's backed companies like the Huffington Post, Plated and Venmo, in the closing of its latest investment fund, at $250 million.

Michael B. Kaufman and Steven J. Glaser provided tax and ERISA advice; Anna Vasiliou Steele and Justin A. Purtle also provided assistance.

The firm, founded in 2006, now invests from a fund for seed and Series A deals (this is its fifth early-stage fund) and two separate funds focused on growth investments.
