Gideon Rothschild and Daniel S. Rubin presented a global webinar on October 21, 2010 to over 80 wealth management professionals and high-net-worth individuals from across the U.S., as well as France and Canada. The program "Current Developments in Asset Protection Planning" focused on the impact of new legislation and recent court decisions on asset protection planning for high-net-worth individuals. Gideon Rothschild is co-chair of Moses & Singer’s Trusts and Estates practice and chair of the Asset Protection practice. Gideon’s practice is focused in the areas of domestic and international estate planning and asset protection, including the use of sophisticated estate planning techniques in the representation of high-net-worth individuals. Daniel’s practice concentrates on domestic and international estate and asset protection planning for high-net-worth individuals and their families. He counsels clients on estate administrations and tax controversies, among other matters. Daniel was honored by Worth magazine as one of its "Top 100 Attorneys" in the nation for private clients, and was recognized by his peers to be included in The Best Lawyers in America in the area of Trusts and Estates. For the past four years, he has been selected for inclusion to New York Super Lawyers® by Law & Politics for his successful work with clients.
