Moses & Singer Client Fanscape, Inc. Closes Deal

Jeffrey M. Davis, a partner in Moses & Singer’s Corporate/M&A practice group, represented firm client Fanscape, Inc., a social media marketing agency, in the successful sale of its assets to a wholly owned subsidiary of The Marketing Arm, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Omnicom Group Inc. Fanscape, alongside The Marketing Arm, created a winning word-of-mouth campaign for GameStop's Guitar Hero. Shira L. Auerbach, an associate in the Corporate/M&A practice group, assisted in the deal.
