Howard A. Fischer was quoted in the CityWire Due Diligence Report article "A Push To Improve Private Fund Reporting" discussing the Securities and Exchange Commission's recent proposals which are currently under consultation and are aimed at increasing regulatory requirements for alternative fund managers.

"There's an enormous amount of obfuscation in the private funds industry, Even if we are talking about institutions or wealthy investors, they don't always know what to ask of managers and they aren't totally clear on what they are paying for. While many people can say they should know, the reality is they don't." said Mr. Fischer.
