On March 29, 2016, David Rabinowitz, together with Richard Supple of Hinshaw & Culbertson, will analyze topics on ethical rules that govern behavior in negotiation, including candor and deception, when it is permissible to communicate with adverse clients, what exposure counsel has for participating in the negotiation and execution of contracts containing express or implied misrepresentations, cross-border negotiations and how to protect sensitive information and respond to opponent's probes.
