Wai Chan is a partner in the firm’s Corporate/M&A practice. He represents corporations and private funds in a broad range of corporate and transactional matters. Wai concentrates on representing borrowers in secured credit transactions, including asset based financing, working capital and term loan financing and warehouse facilities involving asset portfolios comprised of equipment finance leases, consumer loans, mortgage loans and single-family rental properties.
Wai also counsels clients on acquisitions and sales, corporate governance issues, partnership agreements, operating agreements and shareholders agreements.
