Valeria is Of Counsel to the Firm’s Litigation practice. She represents individual and corporate clients in a broad range of complex commercial litigation matters, with a focus on employment and  intellectual property disputes, including trademark prosecution. Valeria also has significant electronic discovery experience, and regularly counsels clients concerning this constantly evolving aspect of litigation.

While living in the United Kingdom, Valeria worked at the London office of Gibson Dunn & Crutcher, with a focus in financial services litigation taking place in the Cayman Islands, and gained experience in the field of international arbitration.

Prior to joining Moses & Singer, Valeria previously worked as an associate at the Law Offices of J.D. Geraigery, a boutique intellectual property law firm in New York, representing clients in copyright, trademark and patent prosecution matters. During law school, Valeria utilized her experience as a high school history teacher to volunteer at the Justice Resource Center, an organization that creates and implements programs to encourage inner city high school and middle school students to consider careers in law enforcement.

Valeria was named a Rising Star in the 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018 and 2019 Metro Editions of New York Super Lawyers®.
