Megan Daneshrad is a Partner in Moses & Singer's Litigation and Matrimonial and Family Law practices.

Megan has substantial experience representing businesses and individuals in complex commercial disputes, including at the state and federal trial and appellate levels.  Megan has regularly represented clients in disputes involving breaches of contract, breaches of fiduciary duty, tortious interference with contract, and unfair competition.  Megan has successfully represented both employers and individual employees in disputes concerning wrongful termination, discriminatory discharge and defamation. 

Megan also regularly represents individuals in matrimonial and family law matters, such as divorce, equitable distribution, custody, parenting time, child support, spousal support, and separation agreements.

Megan prides herself on her ability to reach solutions that are tailored to the needs of each client, including through pre-litigation negotiation, mediation and arbitration.

Before joining Moses & Singer, Megan practiced as an associate at a large Manhattan law firm, where she focused on general commercial litigation and white collar criminal defense.  She also enjoys representing pro bono clients in cases involving asylum and licensing issues.
