Manti D. Bean is an Associate in Moses & Singer’s Corporate/Mergers & Acquisitions group where she advises clients across diverse industries in the structuring and execution of sophisticated corporate transactions. 

Manti’s practice includes representing middle market and start-up companies through all stages of growth. Additionally, she represents buyer and sellers in corporate mergers, acquisitions and dispositions. She also advises venture and strategic investors in start-up and early stage financings. 

Manti attended the University of Baltimore School of Law, where she was Managing Editor of the University of Baltimore Law Forum and a member of the law school’s International Negotiations Team. After law school, Manti clerked for the Honorable Judge Michael W. Reed at the Court of Special Appeals of Maryland. Manti is a member of the Maryland Volunteer Lawyers for the Arts where she provides intellectual property and corporate advice to artists. Prior to her tenure at Moses & Singer, Manti was an associate at McGuireWoods LLP where she served as bond counsel, underwriters counsel and borrowers counsel in a variety of taxable and tax-exempt bond transactions.
