Kiyong Song joined Moses & Singer in 2019 after working as a law clerk in 2018.
Kiyong attended and graduated from Emory University School of Law. At Emory Law, Kiyong started as Vice President of the International Law Society, President of the National Security & Military Law Society, and a member of the Emory Law School Supreme Court Advocacy (ELSSCAP). Eventually, Kiyong joined the Emory International Law Review, of which he served as the Editor-in-Chief of Volume 33.
Additionally, Kiyong served as a Teaching Assistant to Timothy P. Terrell, a Research Assistant to Mark Goldfeder, and Judicial Intern to the Hon. Frederick Block of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York through the Sonia & Celina Sotomayor Judicial Internship Program.
