Kirk Haynes Jr.

Kirk Joined Moses & Singer in 2021 after working as a summer law clerk in 2019.

Kirk graduated cum laude from University of Maryland Law School. At Maryland, Kirk served as the Treasurer for the Student Bar association. Additionally, Kirk participated in the Low Income Taxpayer Clinic, where he provided assistance to low income individuals to resolve their tax claims with the Internal Revenue Service. Kirk also spent a semester serving as a Judicial Intern to the Hon. Robert N. McDonald of the Court of Appeals of Maryland. Kirk was a part of Baltimore Outreach for Student Success in which he mentored inner city students who had been through the Baltimore City teen court program.

Prior to joining Moses & Singer, Kirk was a Division 1 baseball player and athletic scholarship recipient at Fordham University.
