Khaled Mowad is an associate in Moses & Singer's Healthcare practice.

Khaled advises academic medical centers, life science and biotechnology companies, and other healthcare and research related organizations on regulatory and compliance issues with a focus on the oversight of clinical research, including human subject protection and the privacy of research subjects. He also counsels academic medical centers and other research organizations on negotiating research affiliations and commercial agreements. As counsel to companies and institutions in the healthcare and technology industries he regularly advises on matters related to HIPAA, HITECH, and state privacy laws.

Khaled also has significant experience representing early and growth stage life science, digital health, and technology companies in a wide variety of corporate matters including entity formation, corporate governance, and venture capital financing.

Prior to joining Moses & Singer, Khaled practiced corporate and venture capital law at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP.
