Howard Siegel joined Moses & Singer as a partner in 2007. He regularly advises financial institutions and borrowers in connection with structuring and documenting complex corporate and financing transactions in a wide variety of industries, including real estate, manufacturing, diamond and jewelry, healthcare, apparel and energy. His areas of focus include syndicated and bilateral, domestic and international asset-based and cash flow-based financings, first and second lien financings, fund subscription financings, letters of credit, leveraged acquisitions, receivable purchase transactions and supplier finance transactions.

Howard has also represented international and domestic clients in a broad range of corporate and financing transactions, including the purchase and sale of distressed businesses and the financing of such transactions, debt workouts and restructurings, public offerings, private placements of equity and debt, venture capital transactions, and mergers and acquisitions.
