Allison Lauren Lee joined Moses & Singer as an associate from a well-respected New Jersey regional law firm.  She is admitted to practice law in Florida, Washington, D.C., Maryland, New Jersey and New York.

Allison’s practice focuses on pre and post-mortem tax and estate planning for high net worth clients. With compassion, competence and diligence, Allison works closely with her clients to help them define their goals in furtherance of the crafting of an appropriate, tax-efficient estate plan. Allison is skilled in drafting sophisticated testamentary and inter vivos trusts for estate and asset protection purposes, while maintaining maximum flexibility to address the potential for future changed circumstances including, but not limited to, changes in the tax law and/or a beneficiary’s personal, financial and/or matrimonial situation.

In addition, and drawing upon her legal education concentrating in alternative dispute resolution, and her professional experience as a mediator in family law cases, Allison’s practice also includes the drafting and negotiation of prenuptial agreements, postnuptial agreements and tenants in common agreements.
