Kimberly Klein wrote an article about how a bank failed to provide adequate lactation space. A New York federal district court recently denied an employer's motion to dismiss a potential class action complaint where the plaintiff claimed the bank failed to provide an adequate lactation space for the employee when she returned from maternity leave.
