Jordan Greenberger is a trial attorney who represents media content creators and owners in protecting and defending their creative work through all stages of litigation.  He represents clients who face issues concerning the use of copyrights and trademarks, and also represents clients in court who face other intellectual property related issues, such as defamation, rights of publicity, consumer confusion, and trade secret cases. 

Jordan also helps clients in a variety of industries navigate through the judicial process from the beginning of a case to its conclusion, at both the trial and the appellate levels.  He has represented clients in a broad-array of commercial and civil litigations, including civil racketeering cases, multi-million dollar breach of contract and fraud cases, commercial and residential landlord-tenant disputes, products liability cases, and judgment enforcement proceedings.

Jordan is the author of a respected blog about music and the law, and previously worked in the business and legal affairs department of a major record label. He has a passion for representing clients in court, and volunteers as an arbitrator in Brooklyn Small Claims Court.
