Solomon P. Friedman joined Moses & Singer as a partner in 1995. For over 40 years, he has concentrated his legal practice in providing a broad range of legal services to middle-market clients who are engaged in a wide variety of industries and business activities. He is also a Certified Public Accountant.
Sol counsels his clients in general business matters including: mergers, acquisitions, securities offerings, joint ventures, loan agreements, compensation arrangements, licensing agreements, shareholders’ agreements, intellectual property matters, and employment law. His clients include, advertising agencies, public relations and marketing firms, manufacturers, retailers, and providers of financial and professional services. He also counsels entrepreneurs, executives, and professional people in their creation of new business entities and in their contractual relationships and personal planning.
