Jordan Greenberger is an associate in the firm's Litigation practice group.  His core practice involves protecting the rights and interests of individual and corporate clients in all stages of commercial litigation.  Jordan advises clients from a wide array of industries, including media, construction, asset management, sales, real estate, fashion, equipment leasing and insurance.  From the commencement of a lawsuit through discovery, motion practice, appeals and judgment enforcement, he provides guidance on every aspect of the litigation process.  Jordan represents clients in New York state and federal courts, as well as in arbitrations and mediations.
