Hirohisa Naito is of counsel to the Intellectual Property practice at Moses & Singer LLP. He advises corporations on international business transactions, particularly between the U.S. and Japan, and protects their brand through the field of intellectual property, advertising and unfair competition law. For Japanese corporations entering the U.S. market, Hiro counsels clients on compliance with applicable laws as well as matters related to trademark and copyright law, prosecution and litigation. He focuses his trademark practice on international trademark portfolio management, brand policing, and licensing.
In the field of entertainment and sports, Hiro represents athletes, composers, artists, book publishers, publishers of music, and game publishers on varied intellectual property issues. In addition, his practice includes licensing and acquisition of rights for Japanese media companies, distribution agreements for Japanese film productions, and sponsorship or endorsement agreements for Japanese athletes.
Hiro lectures regularly on brand protection, advertising law, and intellectual property law.
