James Alterbaum focuses his corporate practice on public and private financings, mergers and acquisitions and general commercial law. His financial and accounting background enables him to serve as general counsel to a number of public and private companies in diversified industries. Mr. Alterbaum’s entrepreneurial approach to the law is exemplified by his membership on the Portfolio Advisory Board of the Lang Center of the Columbia University School of Business, where he lectures and leads workshops. He is also active in other community service organizations. A graduate of the Wharton School of Business of the University of Pennsylvania, Mr. Alterbaum received his J.D. degree from the Yale Law School.
Allan Grauberd practices corporate law with respect to public and private, U.S.-based and international securities matters, including registration statements, 1934 Act compliance, private placements and Regulation S offerings. Mr. Grauberd regularly represents venture capital funds with respect to their portfolio investments. His practice also includes representation of various companies with respect to corporate governance, shareholder and employee matters, intellectual property licensing, joint ventures and distribution agreements. Mr. Grauberd received his J.D. degree from Fordham University.
