Who is Carole M. Bass?

Carole represents moderate and high net-worth individuals and families, helping them achieve their estate planning objectives. She is rated AV Preeminent™ by Martindale-Hubbell, making her part of a select group of attorneys recognized for their legal abilities and professional ethical standards. Moses & Singer LLP is pleased to announce that Carole M. Bass has become partner with the firm’s Trust & Estates Group effective February 4, 2013.

How does she help her clients?

Carole works closely with her clients to create tax-efficient estate plans that effectuate each client’s individual goals. In addition, Carole represents individual and corporate fiduciaries in all aspects of post-death administration and in the litigation that sometimes arises, including will contests and contested accountings. She also advises clients on cutting edge estate planning issues involving the use of assisted reproductive technology (ART) and has written and lectured extensively on this subject.

What is Carole's background?

Carole earned her law degree from Cornell School of Law, her Master's degree from Syracuse University, and her Bachelor's degree from SUNY Binghamton. Carole is an active member of several professional organizations including the Real Property, Trusts & Estates Section of the American Bar Association and the New York City Bar Association.
