Moses & Singer Successfully Leads ABN AMRO Digital Impact Fund In Deal

February 9, 2018

Allan Grauberd and Justin Purtle of Moses & Singer LLP represented the ABN AMRO Digital Impact Fund in an investment in BehavioSec, Inc., which closed Monday, January 29. BehavioSec deploys technology to authenticate users of banking services through behavioral biometrics. The transaction included the reorganization of a Swedish company (financed by European venture funds) into a Delaware corporation; which was then financed with $17.5 million in a B round from several other VC firms, including ABN AMRO, Trident Cybersecurity and Cisco Ventures, as well as the original European venture investors Octopus and Conor. ‎This was Moses & Singer’s second deal representing the ABN AMRO Digital Impact Fund, following its representation of this fund in an investment in Cloud Lending Solutions in the summer of 2017.
