Moses & Singer is representing Haven Eldercare LLC and more than forty of its affiliates that have filed petitions for reorganization in the United States District of Connecticut, New Haven Division, under chapter 11 of the United States Code. Haven and its affiliates own, operate and manage 25 nursing homes throughout New England. This is one of the largest bankruptcy cases ever filed in Connecticut.
