Devika Kewalramani presented "The New NY Ethics Rules: An Inside View for In-House Counsel" to a capacity crowd of in-house counsel on May 12, 2010 at the offices of Moses & Singer. Devika discussed the impact of the new rules on in-house counsel and corporate legal departments, how the rules affect their engagement of and dealings with outside counsel, and best practices for compliance.
