Moses & Singer represented the members of International Shipbreaking Limited, L.L.C. ("ISL"), a Texas company engaged in the business of government and commercial ship dismantling, in an acquisition by EMR (USA Holdings) LLC of all their issued and outstanding membership interests. M&S attorneys representing ISL's members were Alan Kolod, Jeffrey Davis, Stella Lellos, Cathy Fang, Shira Auerbach, Josh O'Melia Lindsay Kaplan.
