Moses & Singer Client Henry Bros. Electronics Completes Merger

Moses & Singer represented public company Henry Bros. Electronics, Inc., a provider of technology-based integrated electronic security solutions, in an acquisition by Kratos Security & Defense Solutions, Inc. of all the client's issued and outstanding shares for $8.20 per share. The value of the deal was $55 million. Closing the deal on the client's behalf were Arnold N. BresslerAllan GrauberdWai Chan, Carlos Ramirez and Kara Rademacher.
