Trusts & Estates attorney Daniel S. Rubin spoke to NY1, a cable news channel, on the importance of estate planning.
Reporter Tara Lynn Wagner writes:
Everyone needs an estate plan, which essentially lays out how you want to distribute your possessions and assets after you're gone. You might think only old people need estate plans, or super-rich people, but the fact of the matter is you need one too.
"Whether you're worth, you know, $50,000 or $50,000,000, you have an estate," says Daniel S. Rubin, a partner at Moses & Singer LLP.
