Crain's Quotes James Sullivan on Visteon Compensation Package

James M. Sullivan, a partner in Moses & Singer’s Business Reorganization, Bankruptcy and Creditors' Rights practice group was quoted in the May 8 edition of Crain’s Detroit Business concerning the compensation package for Visteon Corp.’s CEO Donald Stebbins.  The compensation package totaled $26.9 million despite the company’s controversial 16-month bankruptcy reorganization. James, who represented several suppliers early in the Visteon bankruptcy and in several other automotive bankruptcy cases, revealed that “a compensation plan that rewards top management is not uncommon in automotive bankruptcies.”  To read the full article, please click here.
