    Devika Kewalramani is General Counsel to Moses & Singer. In this role, she addresses ethical and professional concerns that arise in the firm's practice and provides legal advice on the firm's business and affairs. Her responsibilities include compliance with legal, regulatory and ethical matters; analysis of professional responsibility and liability concerns; review of the firm's agreements with its lawyers and third parties; and oversight of conflicts of interest, client intake, risk management, and various other matters of firm practice and policy.

    In addition, Ms. Kewalramani is co-chair of the firm's Legal Ethics & Law Firm Practice. She led the formation of the practice group and is a frequent speaker on legal ethics and professional responsibility.

    Previously, Ms. Kewalramani was an associate in Moses & Singer's Banking and Finance practice where she focused on secured and unsecured financings representing major financial institutions.

    Ms. Kewalramani grew up in Kolkata, India and is fluent in Hindi and Bengali.
