Zaid Shukri focuses his law practice on intellectual property and general commercial litigation.  He represents clients in a variety of industries, including apparel, banking, construction, electronics, entertainment, fashion, media, music, real estate and sports.  His litigation experience includes trademark, copyright, contract and employment law matters in state and federal courts.  Zaid also advises clients in transactions involving the licensing of software and other intellectual property.

Zaid graduated from Brooklyn Law School, where he was a Fellow in the Center for the Study of International Business Law.  During law school, he interned for the Honorable Charles E. Ramos of the New York State Supreme Court Commercial Division and participated in the Brooklyn Law Incubator & Policy Clinic.  Zaid joined Moses & Singer in 2013 after working at the firm as a summer associate in 2011. 

Outside the office, Zaid performs professionally as a double bassist.  He has shared the stage with a number of notable jazz artists.
