Valeria initially joined Moses & Singer as a summer associate in 2008 and then as a litigation associate in 2010.  After returning from living abroad, Valeria rejoined the firm as an associate in the Litigation practice in 2013.  She represents individual and corporate clients in employment and commercial litigation matters, with additional experience in intellectual property and matrimonial law.

During her time abroad, Valeria worked in the London office of Gibson Dunn & Crutcher, with a focus in financial services litigation taking place in the Cayman Islands. 

Valeria also previously worked as an intern and then associate at the Law Offices of J.D. Geraigery, a boutique intellectual property law firm in New York, representing clients in copyright, trademark and patent prosecution matters. During law school she volunteered at the Justice Resource Center, an organization that creates and implements programs to encourage inner city high school and middle school students to consider careers in law enforcement.

Valeria was named a Rising Star in the 2014, 2015, 2016 and 2017 Metro Editions of New York Super Lawyers®.

Biography
