Gabriel A. Mancuso is an associate in the Real Estate practice of Moses & Singer LLP and has represented clients in the negotiation and execution of financing, acquisition, disposition, international leasing, development, and construction transactions.

Gabe has counseled publicly traded REITs, nationally recognized real estate private equity funds, investors, developers, institutional lenders, asset managers, and hospital operators regarding their respective real estate assets.

In each transaction, Gabe attempts to provide clear and concise legal guidance, with a focus on problem solving, and an attention to clients’ business needs and objectives. 

Gabe earned his Juris Doctor from Seton Hall University School of Law with a concentration in its nationally renowned Health Law program. Prior to joining the firm, Gabe was an in-house attorney for BlackRock, Inc. and an associate of Tannenbaum Helpern Syracuse & Hirschtritt LLP.

  • Represented a developer in $250+ Million acquisition of the Long Island College Hospital and related ancillary parcels from an agency of the State of New York, including the negotiation of development and construction agreements
  • Represented a publicly traded REIT in negotiation of development and service agreements regarding 220 Central Park South
  • Represented a developer in $120 Million construction financing regarding a residential development project in Brooklyn, New York
  • Represented a real estate private equity fund in acquisition of a portfolio of eleven triple net leased commercial properties
  • Represented several multi-family residential housing operators in acquisitions and dispositions throughout the United States
