Annie Sinofsky is an associate in the firm’s Banking and Finance practice. She has an extensive background in sophisticated financial transactions and the drafting and execution of operative documents for bank financing and revolving credit facilities, including credit agreements, letters of credit, commitment papers, engagement letters, and fee letters. She has extensive knowledge of secured transactions, including security agreements, pledge agreements, guarantees, intercreditor agreements, DACA/SACAs and other security documents. She also has solid experience with refinancings and cross-border secured financing transactions.

Annie had over twenty years of corporate experience before she began practicing law, and has held senior executive positions with companies in the financial services, consumer goods, and utility industries.  She draws on that experience for due diligence on M&A transactions and other general corporate work.

As a French native, Annie also has considerable facility with French law, specifically as relates to the handling real estate transactions and matters of succession.

Her pro-bono work consists of cases involving immigration and victims of domestic violence.
