Daniel Hoffman is an associate in the firm’s litigation practice group.  He represents corporate and individual clients in all aspects of commercial litigation, from pleadings through judgment and enforcement.  His clients span a variety of industries, including apparel, entertainment, construction, finance, healthcare, real estate and hospitality.  He also represents clients in employment law disputes in state and federal courts, and in arbitration proceedings. 

Daniel graduated cum laude from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, where he was an Alexander Fellow and interned for the Honorable Colleen McMahon of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York, and the Honorable Bernice D. Siegal of the New York State Supreme Court.  During law school, Daniel participated in the Holocaust Claims Restitution Externship Clinic assisting the estates of Holocaust survivors seeking restitution for stolen property.  Daniel joined Moses & Singer as an associate in 2014 after working as a summer associate with the firm in 2013.

Biography
