Andrew is a partner in Moses & Singer LLP's Corporate/M&A practice group, where he advises corporate clients across diverse industries in the structuring, negotiation and execution of sophisticated transactions, corporate and commercial matters, and fiduciary and agency transactions.

Andrew regularly represents buyers and sellers in corporate mergers, acquisitions and dispositions, as well as venture and strategic investors in start-up and early stage financings. He serves as outside legal counsel for numerous clients, from established industry-leading firms to start-up and emerging companies. Andrew provides his clients with timely and trusted guidance regarding a broad range of routine and extraordinary matters, including company formation and financing, internal structuring and governance, shareholder and partnership agreements, corporate trust and agency matters, joint ventures, executive and employee compensation, separations and severance agreements, and general business matters and commercial contracts.

Andrew is also a member of Moses & Singer LLP's Healthcare and Life Sciences group, through which he has developed expertise in counseling life sciences entrepreneurs in connection with entity formation, equity and non-dilutive financing, intellectual property matters, strategic opportunities and general business and legal issues. Andrew spearheaded Moses & Singer's sponsorship of the ELabNYC Bio & Health Entrepreneurship Lab NYC and has worked closely since ELabNYC Inception with Its participant innovators and staff to help foster New York's Emergence as a leader in life sciences entrepreneurship and innovation.

  • Represent independent advertising, public relations and communications agencies in acquisitions by leading worldwide advertising holding companies.
