In-State Office Rule For Out-Of-State Lawyers Upheld

Tired of frigid winters?  Lost that New York groove?  If you're a New York attorney looking to set up shop in another state, the Second Circuit has news for you: don't throw out your office keys.  The Court recently upheld New York’s law requiring out-of-state attorneys to maintain an in-state office in order to practice law in New York.
