Mergers and Acquisitions

We have represented domestic and foreign entities in negotiating and structuring a wide variety of domestic and cross-border financial and strategic M&A and divestiture transactions. Securities Law

Moses & Singer handles a wide range of securities law matters. Executive Compensation/Shareholder Arrangements
